# Can I retake a Quiz?

If a student encounters any technological difficulties during an online quiz and wishes to request a reset, they must provide CLI with evidence of the issue.

To request a quiz reset, please email the Course Department at [courses@christianleaders.net](mailto:courses@christianleaders.net) with the **Course name** and **Quiz name/number** included in the message.
